During our 45 minute walk around the old city there was loads to see, the beauty of which cannot be captured here. We were actually quite high up and were frequently going up and down stairs so our thighs and calves got a much needed workout.

Don’t you just love all the steps and built-in workouts just getting from a to b and car to apartment? You get to eat and drink all the pasta and grappa you want! Careful when you get home though – that’s when I packed on the pounds!
