Coloured houses are a treat to see in Panama and most look like little garages. They are basically made out of cement blocks and then plastered and painted. We even found a purple one that is actually a Church…………Dawn kept us on the hunt for the perfect one and wanted to know what color would be paint our house if we lived here. Haven’t decided yet but leaning towards the Orange!

it’s 6:30am and I am having a cup of tea, Jory does not have a coffee maker! Yesterday, we moved furniture into his condo and put art on the wall. His place looks very cute and he likes it a lot. Taking back Carleigh’s things to victoria. Their future together seems doubtful, though Jory is flying to victoria next weekend to see her. He seems to take events in stride. He will need a roommate to share the $1800.00 monthly rate. Brunch today then we head to Jasper park lodge (4hours drive from here) for some TLC. We figure we could treat ourselves. Monday, long day driving with a stop over in Kamloops for lunch with Stephen Kroeger. Though lots of driving (no potholes), that was a fun weekend. Grande Prairie looks like a mini Calgary, NE Jory says: big box stores and retail stores everywhere. Lots of energy and movement.
Looks like you guys are having lots of fun too. Enjoy, as i hear that spring has not come to nova scotia yet. Say hi to Luis and Fred the frenchman. take care. hugs. yves
