Celebrating Kathleen’s 30th birthday skiing in Lake Louise and staying in Banff for a few days was just the perfect thing to do……….and the weather really co-operated. The first night we went out for a birthday dinner in Banff which was not a late night as everyone was tired from skiing and all the fresh air. Jim and Adam skied two days but us girls thought one was enough as we opted to walk into Banff for coffee, shopping, lunch, shopping and then back home for a nap………great day! Kathleen cooked Thai chicken for supper and we sat around playing cards….a new card game that Adam taught us but that Andrea aced. Lake Louise has always been one of our favourite places to ski and this trip was no exception……….magnificent!
